She may have a new baby, but Lisa Scott-Lee is determined to keep the romance alive in her marriage.

The singer confesses it isn't always easy to find time alone with her husband Johnny Shentall, 29, with a three-month-old baby to care for. But the pair are keeping the fires burning - with plenty of surprise romantic dinner dates organised by Johnny. And Lisa, 32, says she finds Johnny all the more sexy because he is such a good dad to son Jaden.

The former Steps star says: 'Johnny is a fantastic father and he's probably changed as many nappies as I have. 'I'm really proud of him. I couldn't do it without him. He even does the washing-up and the cooking. He would make a perfect house husband. 'We always make sure we have a least one meal a day when we sit down together.'

When the couple - who have been together for 10 years - want some alone time, they can call on the grandparents to babysit. 'We are really lucky having such great parents.' says Lisa.

'The other night we saw the Take That musical. Never Forget I was up singing and dancing and it was fantastic. 'And last night, Johnny took me out for a surprise romantic meal. He is so sweet like that.'

Lisa can be seen on TV this week looking at the stars who take extreme measure to lose weight after childbirth.

While many mums find it hard to shed baby weight, the star admits her weight came off naturally - and she refused to give in to quick-fix measures.

She says: 'I've always had a flat tummy, but the bump was growing and growing, and with it my insecurities grew. 'When I was pregnant, I stopped wanting healthy food. Instead, I was craving cake and had a sweet tooth.'
Before she got pregnant, Lisa admits she would often cut out carbs from her diet when she was trying to Slim.

But these days, she has a different outlook, and includes things like jacket potatoes in her meals. She adds: 'You need energy if you've just had a baby.'
Lisa gained two stone during pregnancy, and now weighs 8st. She's hoping to get down to her pre-baby weight of 7 1/2st.

She's losing weight slowly by exercising at home with a mix of cardio, toning exercises like sit-ups, and workouts with her gym ball. 'I've still got more toning to do. I've got bigger boobs, which I like - but bigger hips, which I don't like. 'But I'm trying really hard to be confident/she says.

However, the first-time mum loves motherhood, and can't wait to extend her family. She says: 'We definitely want more babies.'

Yes its this weeks. Bit naughty not to mention the diet pills, cos thats NOT natural weight loss, as they make you feel full (ie bloat you) and can mess with your digestive system.
