With not long to go till the March 7 due date, my midwife's advised me to try a 'Swiss ball' - a big, soft PVC ball used for physical therapy and exercise - during the early stages of labour.
It can aid pain relief by helping you find good positions to get comfortable in. I'll definitely invest because, once the baby's arrived, it can be used to help me tone up - not straight away though! I've thought about how I'll shape up afterwards, but it's not a priority.
I've always done a lot of stomach exercises, like sit-ups, and that should stand me in good stead. This pregnancy's the longest time I've gone without doing a sit-up and I'm looking forward to getting back in the gym again.
My husband, Johnny, and I used to go together, but now I go swimming instead - it's very gentle and feels pleasant because I'm so buoyant now! I think the pressure on new mums to snap back into shape is a vicious circle.
I realty feel for new mums, seeing people like Isla Fisher and Milla Jovovich in skinny jeans and short dresses straight after giving birth - not everyone can afford a personal trainer and a chef! As for me. I'm determined not to let anxiety about my figure affect me when I've got a new baby to focus on!
Sisterly love...
I haven't felt much like clubbing for a while now, but Johnny and I got dressed up to visit London's Embassy nightclub, where my brother, former PopIdol star Andy was launching his new single Unforgettable.
Johnny was very protective all night - he was worried because it was crowded and outside the cameras were going mad. Andy's wife Michelle Heaton of Liberty X was there too.
When he performed Unforgettable I was so proud. And as soon as Andy began singing, my baby started kicking! I like f to think the baby was showing support for its uncle, and couldn't wait to tell Andy afterwards.
We're very close and see a lot of each other - he and Michelle only live 10 minutes up the road, and Andy and Johnny enjoy playing golf together.

The Spice Girls have disappointed a lot of fans by cancelling the last leg of their tour. I know about the stresses of touring from my time with Steps.
Life on the road is tough, and I can't imagine how challenging it would be with family in tow. But as a professional, I wouldn't want to let fans down if I'd announced concerts in their country.
They should have double checked everything first It's a lesson I'll take on board from their situation.
