I know the feeling of having bruised knee i fell over last year when i went ice skating with some mates i couldnt kneel on it for a while, hope yours doesnt hurt 2 much.

I did that last year on the out side ice skating, you should have seen how black my knee went..it hurt :(..but u were so brave n got up so quickly that it was hardly noticeable!..and you must have been hurting loads!.. anyways, i'll get to the point before i ramble on too much like usual...Good luck for the rest of the show Lisa we are all behind you 100%u0025u every week!
