im gonna slap sophie cos she keeps gonig on about ppl who r thin, cos she looongs to be thin, cos shes soooo fat! okay firstly to the comment above. Don't slag off soph okay. Secondly she hasn't mentioned owt about herself being thin and going to the gym all the time in this thread. She mentinoed about JENNIFER ANISTON, who is very thin, so get facts straight first.

And if soph wants to go to the gym at 13 then that's her choice, i don't think she's putting herself through anything she doesn't like or want to do. Soph is perfect as she is but its her choice if she wants to eat what you class as "rabbit shit" all the time. Im like soph i won't eat much take aways only unless im really stuck and i eat salad practically every day, i like healthy food.

Oh and im not being nasty here but you said you don't go on about the fact you have gone up a dress size or what ever, but you've ranted on at soph for something she hasn't said! chill - read stuff properly x

and just to add - 13 is a very impressionable age, so really someone of your age should know better. You can give someone a complex personality by saying stuff like that.

sophie told me all this on msn. not on here fair enuf. the im gonna slap u was a joke. me n soph r very good friends! and she knows i worry about her. she comes to me with all the questions. and i help her out. it just sometimes annoys me wen shes all "ooh their so thin, wish i was thin like them" it just upsets me cos shes only young, very light, short and petit. still a child! hollie used to be annorexic, my best friend is bulimic and my cousin is bulimic too. im only worrying about her. its so easy to slip into things like this and almost impossible to get out

I know I asked you why you were going to slap Soph but I never wanted you to tell me any of that - it's personal stuff and I'm sure your doing Soph no favour's at all by letting every one know that she is insecure about her weight!

Plus can I say - when I was 13 I went to the gym, swimming, horse riding, football & basketball! Teenagers like sport and it's good that Soph is keen to keep fit! I never ate salad as the other Rach very well knows lol but thats Soph's decision!
