Yellow & Red Cards (User Infractions) & reporting posts

Users can now be given yellow or red cards for there posts, a yellow card means you are only being warned but if you get given a red card you will be given warning points based off the following table:


Signature Rule Violation: 5 points | warning lasts for 14 Days
Inappropriate Language: 5 points | warning lasts for 1 Month
Insulted Other Member(s): 10 points | warning lasts for 1 Month
Spammed Advertisements: 40 points | warning lasts for 4 Months
90 Day Ban: 100 points | warning lasts for 3 Months


*more warning might be added at any given time to the above list.

If a user gets a total of 100 points they will auto get banned to there points drop below the 100 points mark.

All cards given will auto make a post in the team forums, here the warning will be reviewed and removed if it was wrong to be given out, the outcome of this is final.

When being given a card you will get a pm outlining what the warning is for.

Please also note that users can report posts they feel break forum rules or are not fit for the forum.

To report a post please use the report button in the post you feel is breaking the rules, the bitton looks like this (http://forums.lisascottlee.com/images/buttons/report.gif)

Up on reporting a post a topic will auto be made in the team forums where the admin/mod team will review the report and act on it if they feel theres a need.

Why not try doing one yourself if you dont like this one.

As for its like a court thats aload of b/s the system was added by the makers of the forums and it just makes things easyer to run to free up time to do more work on the main site and other stuff.

What bugs me is some are so easy to come by slag off but yet never say what it is there unhappy about.

You really dont understand do you?

1) The site works fine and any downtime is most the time out of my hands and is down to the datacenter.

2) "It always seems like... erm.. like a blob?" erm ok.....

3) Its not my new Album its Lisa's to start off with, yes i give information on the album name but things dont just happen because you want, stuff takes time and things will be said as and when there ready to be.

If theres no news to give i can not give any its easy as that.

Also i do my job properly and a hell of alot more stuff i dont have to do, to try and keep things happing why theres no news, eh going and filming gigs for people like yourself to watch because you where not at the gig.

not really - cowells diva hasn't been on here for a while so she's allowed to bring up threads... you've been on here for god knows how long and just randomly post in there. i mean you know the sig rules cos you have a sig that isn't too big.... you know the whole swear thing cos it either blocks out or not.

ok 1st of all i didnt look at the date it was started or last post cos i looked at the last post date n it se dyesterday, i didnt check the others. sig rules, the sigs r automatically resized so i thought there'd be more to it than just size. and i asked about the swearing cos i swear a lot and it doesnt block ou tat all. and ppl have had rows on here and not been given red or yellow cards so i was confused thats all.

ok, first i dont swear a lot, just the odd word i agree i dont like swearing.
And i dont cause any arguements. if someone sez something that upsets me i reply but ppl misunderstand me. its not easy to tell thru words on the screen if someone is shoutin gat u or not. not im not shouting now im just putting my view across.

It does not say in any of this that users can recieve 50 points in one go .. so why have me and Rach been given 50 EACH!? Also how come ares will NEVER be expired ...? It does not say thats allowed on here, does it?

the above outlines why you may have been given 50 points, I'll also add the admin can give any number of points and time line they see fit.

You should think yourself lucky because i'd have banned you for admitting, and being proud of, the fact that you've ganged up on new members. There's seems to be a few members that have received a hard time from you when they first started posting.
