Having viewed the entire disc last night, I must say, I have never been so impressed by Fi - not only is she doing aerobics in what looks like sweltering heat, but she's talking all the way through it!! If I'm that fit in 2 years, let alone when I'm 27, then I'm doing bloody well. And she choreographed the whole thing - fabulous! Here's hoping she gets more gigs like it!
This is not a DVD you want to miss, its an hours worth of pure Faganness - and for any of you who're buying it with no intention of getting fit and just to see what Fi looks like; just wait until you see her thrust! In Fiona's words... "oh God yeah...." lmao! highly amused me!
